I’m 71, and it was really frustrating to have to move furniture. I’m not able to do those things and probably won’t use you again although I was pleased with the cleaning

We hired ZeroRez to clean our carpets before we held a graduation party with a house full of guests. There are dirty streaks throughout the carpet that we thought would clear up when the carpets were fully dried, but they didn't. So, we had a house full of guests with carpet that was tiger-striped with lines of dirty carpet. Pretty embarrassing. We'd like for it to be re-cleaned so that it doesn't have all of those dirty stripes across the carpet.

You do it all ! And no chemicals

I was very surprised & put off when a message showed up on the service tech's device giving me the option to pay a tip. That was very awkward. I've never been put in that position by any other service company & it was not welcomed. Giving a tip is something we always do at a restaurant; not for a service provided in our home.
In my opinion, you should stop that option & leave it completely to the customer's discretion to decide if a tip is appropriate.
The other item I'm concerned about is the drying time of the carpet. It's been over 36 hours since the cleaning was completed & I've still noticed a few wet spots. The technician told me we could move furniture back onto the carpet after 2 to 3 hours but the carpet was far too wet to do that. We waited over 15 hours before moving some things back & 36 hours before putting the dining room chairs in place.

Mat is our tech, he's as picky as we are. This time there was a spot on one of the c1arpets. I didnt tell him about but he saw it and took care of it. That's what I like. The carpets are dry in a few hours and the house feels fresh again.

The gentleman who did my carpet was very polite and through in his work ethic. He was also very helpful in moving the smaller items and putting them back in place.

The service from beginning to end was outstanding! I had a couple of questions that were answered promptly prior to booking my service, then the day of my appointment an emergency forced me to change the date. Both Melissa and (I'm almost positive it was Brittany, please forgive me if that is incorrect) were amazing and exceptionally kind. The 2 gentlemen who came to provide the service were exceptionally kind and professional and unlike other carpet cleaners we've used in the past, they didn't try to force additional services on me.

Carpet looks great and it is dry in a short time.

Zerorez came in like a hero in the sky and fixed the damage that 8 adorable puppies did to our radio station carpet. They not only got the smell out but lifted stains that were there from years of terrible decisions. :) You're the best, Zerorez!!!

Technician was very professional and pleasant to interact with as he performed the cleaning and explanation of all services.

Matt was very friendly and efficient! He did a great job and our carpets look great! He also cleaned an arm chair that our dog loves to lie in and it looks brand new. Will definitely have them come back again!

The technician we had this time was the best yet. Very knowledgeable. Removed stains that other zerorwz techs have not been able to.

We noticed once everything was cleaned up that there is a round area where the hose was laying that was darker. We thought maybe it was just wet and would dry. However it didn't and there is a half circle that is dark like dirty water was there. We will just try to put something on it and let it dry and sweep over it to see if it comes out. This area was not stained although dingy with normal foot traffic prior. The whole area around it that was the same is clean except that two foot area that appears like part of the hose.

They were prompt and very courteous. They did a great job and I love knowing my dogs will be safe after the cleaning.

I was disappointed that he didn't move some chairs and tables and clean completely under them. In the past this was done and small pads were left under the legs. Not done this time. I didn't complain at the time but maybe I should have. I thought he should know what he was doing.

Clean & green with no chemical residue. Customer service was awesome. When I originally scheduled I requested 8am; 2 days before appt they confirmed a 2-4pm time slot. I had other appointments scheduled so called & they were able to move things around to accommodate me. Much appreciated!
