Our technician was friendly, polite, professional and did a great job. He would be the reason I would recommend you to anyone else. His name was ___. Darn. I knew yesterday but today it hasn't popped back into my head -- yet. Starts with an A ... Not Adam or familiar name. Anyway, he was great.

The quality of the work was great. I was disappointed that my appointment was scheduled from 9-11 and it wasn't until I called at 10:30 that I found out that no one would be at my house until after 11. I was pleased with the quality of the work, but not knowing when someone would show up until 2 days before my appointment and then having the person not show up during my confirmed appointment time makes me much less likely to use Zerorez in the future. I also had a scheduled appointment time that I made work for me and then had a voicemail the day before the appointment asking me to change the time. My carpet looks great but getting it to this point felt like more of a hassle than it was worth.
The carpeting looked brand new! Every spot came out clean. Workers were courteous and efficient. Carpet was almost dry by late evening. Everything smelled fresh and clean.

All other companies we contacted would have poisoned our facility without even getting it clean. Scheduling was easy. I received timely updates on status and the job was handled at the scheduled time.
I was very happy with the results of my Zerorez carpets cleaning. They were very punctual, friendly and helpful. The specialist even went out of his way to take pictures of the results (as I wasn’t able to be home for the cleaning) and send them to me via my cell at work. Afterwards he locked the door and let himself out. Couldn’t ask for better results!
Carpet feels very clean and fresh. The associate that cleaned are carpet was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the process.

The service technicians were very personable and did an very good job. They clearly explained everything they did to my carpet and upholstery.
My only complaint is that the carpeting took much longer then 6 hours to dry. It really was not completely dry until the next morning.
Serviceman was very professional and carpets looked as good as I could have expected.
My usual technician is Eric and he is always friendly and helpful with any issues my carpet may have. It’s always left extra clean and soft👌🏻
