The main Caregivers (Kristina and Azita) provided exceptional service for my parents in Maple Ridge. Both were very professional and caring and we would love to have then back in the future if required.

Overall the family was satisfied with the care given to my mother over the past
4 1/2 months..however it was very frustrating at times. Especially when 3-4 new caregivers were scheduled in 1 week.
So many new girls coming into her space confused and frustrated mother. Seniors..especially a 94 yr old..do not welcome change into their daily routine.
It would be very beneficial for each new caregiver to be able to shadow someone (other than family) who is familiar with the client and her daily routine..I made sure that I was present for each new caregiver assigned and at times it was very frustrating for me since I had to travel from Port Moody to Maple Ridge for morning or evening care. By doing so, the transition to a new girl was made easier for my mother as well as the new person.
Please make sure that the caregivers review the client’s care plan beforehand in order to make themselves aware of the Do’s and Don’ts..one brand new caregiver wasn’t aware of a lot of things she should have known had she read the care plan before arriving.
Overall, the caregivers were very friendly and helpful in providing care for my mother and she welcomed the regular girls with a smile.
Thank-you for all your assistance in helping myself and family with my mother’s recovery after surgery as well as during the following episodes of illness.
PS:- having the schedulers available 24/7 is very much appreciated as well.

The caregivers are great with my Dad.

Simply, that having access to the foot care I get every two months I feel more confidence in knowing the so important foot care required of a diabetic is being looked after, as I have difficulty in reaching that area and being able to provide that kind of care properly myself.

Jackie, the lady who has been assisting my Mum has been far and above what I expected. She has been such a wonderful help, truly a caring and delightful assistant. Through her detailed notes, I can always get an understanding of what is happening with my Mum, as sometimes Mum won't always be up front with me about certain situations. I can always count on her to make sure Mum's daily routines are well taken care of with complete confidence.
