Carol and Zahraa are wonderful - empathetic and accommodating and they do a miraculous job of scheduling on short notice. They are generous with their time and follow-up regularly, providing advice and resources (and just an understanding ear to talk to), which has been so welcome as we navigate the BC eldercare system. They have been a God-send to us over the last couple of years, starting with meal and light housekeeping support but then extending to more intensive services, including hospital companionship care...during a pandemic! I don't know how they do it. The caregivers are patient, kind, and treat my mother with dignity. My heartfelt thanks to Carol and the crew at the Maple Ridge Nurse Next Door. Recommend 100%.
