In helping with my late father-in-law, Carol managed to place a care person with him who understood his history and his needs. She made us, and him, feel safe. After fighting so hard for him with the Fraser Health Authority it was such a relief to deal with someone anxious to make things work!

Always able to respond to any questions or concerns promptly, very helpful and understanding caregivers, not having to worry about my aging parents knowing someone other than me is checking on them and helping them during the week. Being an only child and in another province makes the last comment that much more important.
