I found the staff to be very helpful and understanding.

The service is well run, provides knowledgeable care/companion workers,who are in general, easy to relate to.

However, I believe better screening/vetting of younger and/or inexperienced workers need some some serious attention.

Compassion and caring support. Caregivers treated our mom like their own esp in her last days.

Would be really helpful also if you have a socialized pricing structure based on patient's income and other considerations, ie, I have been on unpaid leave at work and our mom never worked in Canada and had no income other than OAS, etc. Hope this feedback helps.
