Everything went exactly as I requested and the companion was very kind and attentive to my elderly sister.
Everything is really good. I just need dawn to try and push her to do more in terms of moving around and exercising. Overall, I believe she’s amazing and wondering if possibly she could try to attend to my mom‘s hair do her face make up if she does not already do that ? I’d also like her to go shopping for new tops because her tops are all too big from weight loss. I can do this with dawn because my mom can be difficult and I have a small wheelchair we can use. The other than that she’s a 10 out of 10

We've been very impressed with the matching of staff with our loved one, First name removed. Also, we've been very satisfied with the consistency of staff for First name removed. It's so important with dementia to keep things fairly consistent and this has been excellent. When there have been changes the communication has been excellent.
