Abbygail, the care giver, who came to pick me up from the hospital after a procedure is kind and gentle. She arrived on time. While at home with me for a few hours waiting for me to recover, she did not try to sneek or pay attention to my personal properties that I have. She did not asked about my health information unless I mentioned it to her what I would feel after the procedure and need her to help me. This is a good etiquette. I asked her to take off shoes as I did not wear shoes inside my home, she is ok and prepared ahead by wearing socks.
She offered to help me whatever she can. She behaved herself perfectly.

I absolutely appreciate everything nurse next door did for me following my surgery. The nurses are very friendly and the care providers too!! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

We have only had 2 visits yet . The first one ( Fedra ) gave a bed bath and washed my hair.I felt Wonderful! The second visit by Dawn yesterday (the 28th) was a hit from the start. We got along well, she did a steady number of things that needed done, and I was glad to see that she is coming back on both wednesdays and fridays. So far it's a perfect score. Thsnk you!

We've been very impressed with the matching of staff with our loved one, First name removed. Also, we've been very satisfied with the consistency of staff for First name removed. It's so important with dementia to keep things fairly consistent and this has been excellent. When there have been changes the communication has been excellent.

As we faced an urgent situation requiring immediate assistance, NND was available to help and alleviated the stress, for both my husband and I. The caregivers exhibited compassion, curiosity, and helpfulness, dedicating time to acquaint themselves with my mother-in-law. They had her out walking for the first time in 12 years!!!!!!!!!!!! Thankyou!

I have found them to be very efficient, kindhearted and hard-working. They have had to deal with some very difficult parents at this time and they’ve done everything they can to make it work. I am very happy with their services.
