The Care Designer, Leah Talson did an excellent job on assessing my needs and explaining the available services. The information package is excellent. My 2 different RN/LPN were both friendly, punctual ( liked how they had to phone in and out to ensure they stayed the alottted time) and did all that I asked of them.
As 2 hours is the minimum stay, the cost could be a problem for some people which would prevent me from recommending your services to those people otherwise I was very pleased.

As I do not know future needs, I appreciate that my file will stay open so I could use your services without having to go through the Care Designer process again.

The people at the Scheduling were helpful and knowledgeable in confirming times which made it very easy.

We have been very happy with the service your company offers. My only criticism would be that many times now the communication between your staff is not good. I have had several occasions where I have had 3 different calls on the same day from 3 different staff who all gave me different information like the time and day the care worker was expected. We also requested that our care worker not set up more salon appointments for mother in law, as we need the care worker to focus on personal care and some cleaning, but she set up another appointment any way.

the biggest reason is that you have paired a Companion with my mother that has been a fantastic fit! Carmen is lovely. She is caring, she likes to listen and is very receptive to the moods and health of my elderly mother. I met Carmen one day when I had the day off. She is a wonderful person. Thank you for hitting it out of the park with the first 'companion' my mother has ever been paired with through a service like Nurse Next Door.

The care giver was a perfect match for my dad. She is very personable and so helpful to both me and my dad.

Prompt professional care, also really appreciate the 24 hour access line. Very accommodating when schedule needs to be changed.

The companion for my dad is almost like his wife. She doesn't take no for an answer to a request to go for a walk. And she is reliable for keeping the house in order with laundry, household chores, dr appts. etc. And her notes are great and keep me in the loop of my dad's life.

Nurse Next Door has provided great service by your caring and competent employees for my dad over the past few months, ranging from a level of care necessary for him to be at home rather than in hospital, through to less-critical assistance with various personal needs as he has regained his strength and independence. All is very much appreciated.

My Mom really likes her girls & we like peach of mind knowing someone is there & for the social aspect. It's likely my Moms fault but I didn't really see very much light housekeeping done which we understood that in a 3-4 hour shift would be done so then I still have more things I have to do instead of just visiting my Mom. I always do lots around the trailer but I think bathrooms, & kitchen floor , & bedding & occasionally fridge cleaned out would be nice.otherwise My Mom is happy with the girls she has now. & im happy with ur contact with me or my brother when u have concerns with her breathing. Thx.:)

My Mom loves her current care giver. They are friends and she looks forward to each day she visiits. The caregiver works hard to prepare several meals for Mom, also changing sheets, dusting and general house tidying. Mom says she works hard and still has time for a cup of coffee and a chat.
