I thought that all was well and that my husband had all in all a great experience with nurse next door. However after the last visit he said, I hope Jeannie is not coming any more. I asked why because it seemed they got along well for probably ten appointments, playing pool together and cribbage. Jeannie was great at taking him to appointments and going for a drive which he loved the most. So I asked why the change of heart, and he could only explain that he didn't like the way she talked to him - the only answer I could get from his lack of memory was that she made him feel dumb when she talked to him. I am sorry to have to say this, but that is what he felt

I thought it was very helpful and efficient to have the manager come to the first visit, however I didn’t realize she was coming. Nurse was very thoughtful, helpful, and gentle with my 95 yr old mom.

Jeannie was a great choice to pair with my husband as she enjoys some of the same things, she took him out walking and also played pool with him at the senior centre. She got him talking about earlier years and they hit it off well.
