My home care aid is wonderful but I feel your service is too expensive and the communications between client and the Co. is very poor. Have to wait days to have a call returned. Sometimes my calls are never returned. Hence the #3 rating.

I had trouble scheduling the appointment - was put on hold and then took the option to get a call back within 30 minutes(?). The call back never happened so I had to call again. Once the appointment was tentatively scheduled (NND had to check on whether someone was available), I had to call NND to confirm when it should have been the other way around. So, in summary, customer service was lacking - don't have much to say on the clinical side as the visit was less than 5 minutes (changing bandage).

I think the service is very valuable.

I like best the nurse--Beth--and secondly, I like the prompt response.

Nurses were great but the scheduling was not correct took too long to inform client if they were going to have service. They booked service a month ahead and were notified 3-4 days before. Need improvement for scheduling.

Very accomodating willing to work doesn't sit around no stress when Maria's here and she makes me feel very comfortable.

Loves Miralyn she is a great person to have help her . There relationship with her is great

It does take time to properly get to know your care-givers & for them, it works the same way. Some of the care-givers are perfect from the first day while some others take a few extra shifts & a few, turn out to be unsuitable for the patient. In all, I am very pleased with the care-givers in our home at this time & I am grateful to NND for supplying this care to my family.

There is one difficulty I have had over the past year &, that has to do with scheduling. When changes are made, I have often had to phone (1,2,3,times) to request the updated schedule. This I find unsatisfactory relating to our NND expenses every month. Kelly has always been at the top of assistance, however, when only the scheduling dept. is involved, the service is weak.

Everything .... the flexibility, caregiver was great. Overall very comforting to have her here.

Clients son positively remarked on how quickly they got service after requesting it

When you hire a Nurse its about safety and protection I need someone who is as good as me (his daughter). I dont want to hire just anyone. I need someone who has medical knowledge experience and common sense. You guys take him to his appts.

I'm not sure much more about them... I don't think I get it from there. I get it from... now I dont know.

This is complicated some ppl were fantastic others weren't good.

We used services for my mom once for wound care. The nurse was really great really professional. The rate was really high which is why I didnt give you a 10.

I dont know what you could improve on. I like the thought of having someone here but i didnt really need anyone. It was all good.

Shish is really good and helpful. She has done a great jon cleaning and doing chores for her. Client just loves Shish and wonderful service. NND has helped Client feel better. She is really happy
