Service was ok. He was in so much pain when he had service that he does not remember a lot of the service. There were only 2 service session and does not have enough basis to go on
Did not have staff to do the shifts.
First 3 caregivers were a disaster. Current caregivers are great and pleased with them for over a year. Must make sure we place great caregivers from the first visit onwards.
Like Gowri she is good.

Cuurent Caregiver is wonderful
- some nurses have not been so good - CG does not move furniture and only vacuums around. - CLT is visually impaired and has trouble seeing what CG does but has had complaints from her DTR stating the cleaning is not well done.
Can't say enough positive about CG Margie. CG Kim Cox also excellent. We need 50 more Margies. Full of energy exceeds expectations and did many things with out having to be asked. Estatic about Margie and Kim.

The promptness of a response when seeking help for my Mom. The individuals who cared for my Mom. The respect & dignity my Mom received from those helping her & the respect I received from the booking staff.

Helped me out as required with my Mother. No complaints. Helped billed a trust relationship and showed my mother there are available services to help in this capacity and as her needs increase

We were very impressed with the service the interest and care of the helper. We will be using the service again sometime and hope to keep our line of communication open. We appreciate that we will probably not be able to have the same carer after a long gap but are confident we will be happy whom ever you are able to send.
Service wasn't available as originally promised. We required a nurse with a car and it turned out there really weren't any. Plus a nurse showed up on the incorrect day and upset the clients very much.
The staff were always helpful and ready to accomodate
Only needed parttime care for my mom. Each day was a different person. We do understand that scheduling is difficult, so I don't know if it's a problem you can remedy.
Got service the next day which was great.
