Marika, the client care designer does not communicate promptly or professionally. If people are arranging for nursing care, they are obviously experiencing stress and anxiety and have some level of time sensitivity. Marika does not demonstrate any awareness of this. I had to wait for days to get responses from her, and was not confident changes to my schedule or questions would be addressed by her. I received much better service from the call center. Having said this, I was in a desperate situation and in need of the service which is why I had no choice but to put up with it. If this was a different consumer service, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

I really like and appreciate the extent of personal care that I am receiving from Cheryl. For instance, before Cheryl, I had given up on trying to put on the lymphadema sleeve that I really need to wear, but she kindly offered to help me, so that I am feeling better as a result of that unexpected support. She is friendly, helpful, but not intrusive.

Weekend times are not suitable. Service also needs improvement. Last 3 weekends (replacement staff) were good.

I have a question. Should the caregivers know how to do the twin bags? Some of them dont have a clue! With

recent power outage this was a big issue!

NND dId everything they could to accommodate my schedule and provide assistance that was needed. The NND personnel are well trained, prompt, caring, full of good advice and support. I felt very well taken care of at this important beginning of my long journey towards recovery from a knee replacement. I would enthusiastically recommend their service to anyone who needs support and encouragement back to good health.

the two present caregivers are knowledgeable. Having the same caregivers all the time helps them to know and understand the need of the patient - very important. If anything changes with the patient, caregiver will inform the PD clinic and seek their advice.
