poor performance of the CG
Beth provides foot care for my elderly parents in New Westminster and for me here in Vancouver. She is a lovely person, whom we all have grown to know and like very much in the last 18 months. She is gentle, kind, patient, and very prompt to visit when called. Equally important is that Beth.is highly professional in caring for us; she is skilled, observant, and never seems rushed, characteristics that can mean the difference between comfort and agony with each step.

On the basis of Beth's care, I would recommend her highly, and i would not hesitate to request other services from Nurse Next Door, should the need arise.

Your caregivers were invariably helpful and understanding and arrived in a timely fashion.
it's not perfect but sometimes I feel like some of your people are not quite on time and the service is okay but these things get in the way. Clt husband said he would not keep NND employed if he didnt like us but that he feels the "world Class Service" makes him laugh.
Mrs. Last name removed says she rates us 100% for our foot care services with her! She says that her feet are in pretty bad shape but feels so much better after footcare and makes a huge difference.
Really loves CG Gowri .Don't like when schd is not correct and new person comes.

Things were efficiently done but the caregiver was young in age. Client would have preferred a more mature but overall very satisfied with service
RN/LPN Level of staff was great but wasn't too pleased with the CG level of staff she received.
Impressed with the 24/7 of Care Services and the great Caregiver quality
I manage care from a remote location and have absolutely no complaints. NND is never there when I visit and my brother is unable to articulate his level of satisfaction. The 24/7 caregivers also have only provided positive feedback.
