Morning hours of service are still to early fir client and disrupt test of household
But service itself is very good
The nurse next door knows her stuff. She is very competent in what she does. I am very happy with her work!
You supplied me with a nurse to help but they’re in their sixties and it’s like helping a child. You only gave her one day of training. It’s easier to do it myself with my husband than have her come in to my home. I do enjoy the fact she takes the garbage though. Dialysis creates and entirety of garbage.

1. Same day arrangement of care -- 10/10
2. Quality/attitude of Care depended on caregiver - overall 8/10 but one caregiver I would
give 5/10.
3. I didn't have time to compare the price point with other agencies - but 90/hr is alot when I imagine the caregiver is only getting at most 35/hr.
4. I had been in a car accident and needed care but didn't know for how long. I assumed I would need care for 3.5 days but it turned out I only need care for 2.5 days. When I asked if I could cancel the day I didn't need I was told "no". I was disappointed with this as when I arranged for care I really didn't know how many days I needed and the final caregiver made it very clear she was not happy having to spend her time cleaning. For anyone that I recommend Nurse Next Door to I would warn them of the lack of flexibility. 5/10
