Hello Nurse Next Door. Your nurses are very professional, courteous, reliable, polite and knowledgeable. They know their duties and are always happy and always on time. Excellent service. they are very caring and serious about their work. Highly recommended I give them 10 out of 10. Lack of reliability and cancellations. Staff were great but scheduling was poor.

All actual carers were great , Have not continued with you as do not need someone for 3 to 4 hrs . VHS comes for 30 mins in morning and that perfect Gave a good score as carers all good But don’t like so many different as good when repeat and don’t have to show each time

Negative - 3 hour minimum, cost particularly for a la carte hours.

It's sometimes not easy to ask for help when you live independently and life changes around you. I think the caregivers understand this and know how to make you feel comfortable.

I have been extremely impressed by my two Nurse Next Door staff. Although it was a short assignment, they could not do enough for me. Both were extremely professional, courteous and extremely helpful.
