The present caregiver Kavita is very aware of patient requirement and is very much on top of everything ie what solution to use when and make changes as needed with consultation of PD clinic nurses. You need more staff like her.

Kirsten and Chantelle have been amazing with First name removed. Sensitive, kind and patient...they have treated her with dignity and respect not disregarding her opinions.
Let's just say I was not impressed by the calibre of your caregivers....all of them.. with one exception...Ying was a winner in every respect and left all the other wannabe caregivers in the dust. She deserves a giant increase in salary.

Staff on phones are pleasant, efficient. Most of the time the caregivers meet our needs.
Girls always are helpful and cheerful and ready to do the best they can on your requests. They always arrive on time and brighten up the day for many SeiniorsI would have no problems recommending your company to any of my friends who might need your services.

office very poor keeping time. changes informed last minute, many time mixed up with the nurse coming in. - did not consider patient/family time ie family has plans and other appointments too.
One comment from the office, when I pointed out that we have plans too, "you are getting service"!
Unfortunately you message/promise on the phone re "committment" need to be looked at, revised or removed.
All of the nurses were very kind, caring and helpful.
VAnnette is a lovely caring girl, I am very pleased with her.

Friendly staff
Marika, the client care designer does not communicate promptly or professionally. If people are arranging for nursing care, they are obviously experiencing stress and anxiety and have some level of time sensitivity. Marika does not demonstrate any awareness of this. I had to wait for days to get responses from her, and was not confident changes to my schedule or questions would be addressed by her. I received much better service from the call center. Having said this, I was in a desperate situation and in need of the service which is why I had no choice but to put up with it. If this was a different consumer service, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
Service not always reliable, no consistence in nurses.
Generally everything runs smoothly. There have been several occasions when you have been unable to provide coverage for my mother.
Very pleasant and caring, she does the exercises with me. The house work very well, with no problems.
I really like and appreciate the extent of personal care that I am receiving from Cheryl. For instance, before Cheryl, I had given up on trying to put on the lymphadema sleeve that I really need to wear, but she kindly offered to help me, so that I am feeling better as a result of that unexpected support. She is friendly, helpful, but not intrusive.

Weekend times are not suitable. Service also needs improvement. Last 3 weekends (replacement staff) were good.
I have a question. Should the caregivers know how to do the twin bags? Some of them dont have a clue! With
recent power outage this was a big issue!
Good service, friendly help
NND dId everything they could to accommodate my schedule and provide assistance that was needed. The NND personnel are well trained, prompt, caring, full of good advice and support. I felt very well taken care of at this important beginning of my long journey towards recovery from a knee replacement. I would enthusiastically recommend their service to anyone who needs support and encouragement back to good health.
