Friendly staff who keep careful watch.
the two present caregivers are knowledgeable. Having the same caregivers all the time helps them to know and understand the need of the patient - very important. If anything changes with the patient, caregiver will inform the PD clinic and seek their advice.
The care giver and LPNs were very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and punctual. I appreciated their help and kindness.

Nights are less interrupted with everything going smoothly. The nurse does not hesitate to get assistance from higher level if necessaary, making things easier and giving us a peace of mind.

Our caregiver has been wonderful, but there were some issues with notification etc. at the beginning from the call center.
I manage care from a remote location and have absolutely no complaints. NND is never there when I visit and my brother is unable to articulate his level of satisfaction. The 24/7 caregivers also have only provided positive feedback.

poor performance of the CG
Beth provides foot care for my elderly parents in New Westminster and for me here in Vancouver. She is a lovely person, whom we all have grown to know and like very much in the last 18 months. She is gentle, kind, patient, and very prompt to visit when called. Equally important is that Beth.is highly professional in caring for us; she is skilled, observant, and never seems rushed, characteristics that can mean the difference between comfort and agony with each step.

On the basis of Beth's care, I would recommend her highly, and i would not hesitate to request other services from Nurse Next Door, should the need arise.
