My sister is very happy with her helper.

contracted out by VCH and no communication with VCH when NND could not find a worker for certain times. Also, had challenges with some care aides - one would do an assessment at beginning of shift with doing a BP/HR, etc and she was a care aide. Another worker would be asking to leave earlier than scheduled so would not miss the bus.

I would give you a 10 if you were a little more affordable. Otherwise, you were great.

The care from all the LPN’s that I had was prompt, very professional, capable, caring, and all were very pleasant women.
I felt confident that I was being properly cared for....

My “nurse next door” has been unbelievably kind and helpful with everything I’ve asked her to do. Meal prep and assistance with washing my hair are two things I really count on her for. But she always finds other helpful things to do... like putting the garbage out, doing laundry, and helping me with puzzles.

Exactly what our elderly mom needed after her emergency surgery. We are very thankful!

Because of the wonderful care Nurse Bri Bolen gives First name removed my husband, she has a wonderful way that puts him at ease, he has dementia, Bri makes him feel comfortable

Expensive.

The worker I have is wonderful.

Because you only supply minimal basic personal care when many seniors need much more, such as meals made, help with washing clothes, making beds etc. Also, a different person is usually sent out daily with half of their allotted time (after traveling time deduction) to bringing them up to speed on what needs doing, so after that, they get little done. Private care seems to be less expensive, more consistent, and more reliable. With consistency, the senior develops a bond and has some companionship, as they are alone the majority of the time. Your system needs to be revamped to meet the wide needs of seniors

For now, consistent delivery of service; however there seems to be no back up available for vacation, sickness and facsimile.

They arrived on time and were helpful and willing to do what I asked them to do..The only mild criticism is that they talked fairly non stop, so I felt that i did not want to talk to anyone else at length. Please do not reprimand them as they were a huge help Name removed..

Capable, flexible and friendly care aides

Everyone who works with my dad is so caring. They do their best to keep me informed about any concerns. This is especially important when, as a family, we are trying to limit our contact with him due to COVID.

Our nurse Jossie is so awesome and caring.

The girls that come to my place are very nice and respect me.

Communication

Care aides are great. A 10. You need to improve back office. Billing and payment should be integrated. You run two separate systems for billing and payments

Quality of service and great caregivers. Supplying the same person on a regular schedule is key for older people to feel comfortable with the service and NND does that well.

Everything worked out as planned and even though there was a mixup with the go to address the intended purpose was met.

The caregivers are so very good at their job and the organizational aspect of the company is tops.
