Our dear girl Verna Constantino is excellent and most informative on setting up my husbands cycler. She is very careful & constantly checks my husband for swelling etc.

It has been one less stress level having these excellent trained gals give care!

Jen Young who is on leave at present was also excellent.

Both of these gals would be excellent at training employees on the cycler & all that goes with care of patient.

Some are not as well trained as Verna and Jenn.

It is so important to have confidence and trust in who is giving client care.

Great service. Nice staff.

Good - arrived on time to pick me up at VGH and found me in the hospital despite somewhat imprecise directions. Drove me home safely. Personable and friendly.

Poor - stood and walked at less than 2 m from me. In the car, I had to sit in the front seat, again too close for my Covid-era comfort.

Price - price is very high for the requirements, but I do understand the need for a 3-hour minimum for your operation to survive and attract employees.

since last evaluation she is much improved and motivated. Try to introduce puzzles.

Lack of adequate depth of service in the North Okanagan.

My “nurse next door” has been incredibly helpful. She’s always very willing and able to help with anything I might have trouble doing on my own.... doing laundry, changing sheets on the bed, assisting with showers, preparing my dinner, and doing dishes.

Great flexibility, energetic staff, current nurse very young which has both advantages and experience issues. Rates getting high.

They are very competent and I have complete confidence in the cyclic setup when I connect my wife to the machine

All the nurses are very friendly, kind and helpful.

Nurse Jossie and nurse Carol are really great and helpful.

We are so pleased with the nursing care my mom has received.

Not sure of the time they are coming. I understand that is a tough thing to keep on time, but I have had a 3-4 he range of when they come. With no heads up of when.

A year this is just at the beginning so really can’t say for sure.

My husband's companion is very willing and friendly with him. she has happily carried out most of the activities suggested at each visit; even making cookies that are his favourites.
Unfortunately his interests and hers don't mesh all that well. We may have started with unrealistic expectations, but he would love to have her read with him but that hasn't worked very well.
On the whole, it has been a satisfactory arrangement. And we would recommend NND to friends.
