I feel for all clients, that this is a very valuable service.
I have found the the Nurse Next Door most helpful when to accommodate changes in our schedule I have found it necessary to call the office and make alternate arrangements for the nurse to accommodate our schedule change. This has been done on a few occasions. The office staff have responded politely and arranged to notify the nurse of our change. I every case the attending nurse has met our requests.
I also have found the attending nurses very accommodating and knowlegeable about what is expected when they make their calls at our home. They have all been very pleasant, and have the skills needed to fulfill their duties

Sarah has been a fantastic help for me. She helps me with all the things that I can’t safely do on my own. ….which is also a huge help to my family members who were trying to help me, despite their already busy lives, before we had Sara coming to help. Christina is a great listener; she is responsive to my needs, she comes up with some good ideas to be of service to me, she’s very smart and remembers where things are so I don’t have to tell her every time, she’s prompt , friendly and down to earth. I’m grateful to have her as my service provider
