Very happy with your service.
One “nurse” regularly (on the weekends only!) doesn’t show up. I have lodged Many complaints with Nurse Next Door. They are So desperate for workers, there are no repercussions for problems with staff. In a “caring for people” business, it’s unacceptable. And, it leaves clients seriously in jeopardy.
I am quite happy with the help I am getting from Nurse Next Door.
Inconsistency with times, and poor communication about requests or cancelations. Because my mother is dependent on medication, consistent times is important to keep a schedule. The women caregivers were excellent for the most part.

Laurel stepped right in and provided care for my son after he fractured his hip. Her aides were excellent, kind, efficient and extremely professional. They saved us in a very difficult situation.
Because the last caregiver drove like a crazy person putting myself at risk and would not pull over when I asked !!!!!!
Good service
I gave this score because the girl is very good at her job.
Communication issues with my husband and the care giver. Language/accent barrier is very challenging. Raj is friendly and competent and a willing worker. All of the tasks she is requested to do are done well.
However, my husband has a lot of difficulty understanding her accent. We have talked about speaking more slowly but it is still a big challenge for him.
Nurses are professional and friendly. Schedule is mostly respectful of clients/patients timetables.
We appreciate calls advising us of delays and or changes.
We are greatly thankful for scheduling team as well.
It’s the little things. After finding out my dad was having visitors for lunch, they cleared off and set the dinning room table beautifully. The preservation of dignity is top notch.
Each Nurse was efficient and kind.
You were very reliable and pleasant. On the other hand, insisting on charging for 3 hours is very expensive for many. I wish you could be more flexible. Thank you.
