They arrived on time and were helpful and willing to do what I asked them to do..The only mild criticism is that they talked fairly non stop, so I felt that i did not want to talk to anyone else at length. Please do not reprimand them as they were a huge help Name removed..
Your devices have been efficient & everyone great
The personal contact with your employees is very important to us.
Mostly satisfied with the service.
Capable, flexible and friendly care aides
Everyone who works with my dad is so caring. They do their best to keep me informed about any concerns. This is especially important when, as a family, we are trying to limit our contact with him due to COVID.
Our nurse Jossie is so awesome and caring.
Very kind and willing NND staff who have been a huge help to me.
The girls that come to my place are very nice and respect me.
Your flexibility with individual needs
Communication
Care aides are great. A 10. You need to improve back office. Billing and payment should be integrated. You run two separate systems for billing and payments
Quality of service and great caregivers. Supplying the same person on a regular schedule is key for older people to feel comfortable with the service and NND does that well.
Everything worked out as planned and even though there was a mixup with the go to address the intended purpose was met.
The nurse was friendly and efficient
Attempts to match caregiver and client needs.
The caregivers are so very good at their job and the organizational aspect of the company is tops.
Provides much needed help.
I had to change the terms of my pick-up arrangements multiple times on the day of my procedure. Most of this was handled by a third party, Ingrid, the chief shift nurse at the Preparation Room. Ultimately I was "held over" after the procedure was completed and the pick-up deferred to the next day. Nonetheless, Laurel made arrangements for me to be retrieved and driven home the next day. I had to ask my driver to pull over at a gas station to use their rest room because of side effects of the procedure. I felt that a continually changing situation was handled with patience and professionalism throughout. I completely needed your service and you came through for me. Thank you very much for this.
Because he was promp and efficient and it helped me a great deal
Your advertising left me feeling lost after all the surgery i went through
Bri is absolutely the most caring nurse we could have wished for
My “nurse next door” is fantastic. She sees things that need to be done even before I do. She helps me with laundry, feeding the dog, changing sheets on my bed, meal preparation, washing my hair, and she’s great company. I don’t know how I managed before we found “Nurse Next Door”.
Difficulty communicating as primary caregiver.
Jennifer
Prompt friendly fast
Competency and friendliness.
My recommendation for Nurse Next Door would be accompanied with caveats. The care schedulers do their best; however, they can only work with the calibre of care providers available. I have had numerous instances where scheduled caregivers have cancelled at the last minute. Illness does happen and emergencies happen, but when it is the same caregiver repeatedly cancelling, I would expect that this caregiver to be removed from scheduling. It may be they are not a good fit for this type of work.
Nurse Next Door must operated under the premise that the family members are NOT available to fill in. There is a reason why Nurse Next Door has been contracted to provide care. If the family members were able to do so, they would be doing so.
So if someone were to ask me if I would recommend Nurse Next Door, this is what I would say.
The nurse that came was great, this is all new to us, unfortunately we are putting the machine on hold for now, Mart was just not able to drain properly and the machine kept alarming all night. we have gone back to the manual twin bag for right now and may try the machine later, if we do we will have the Clinic get back in touch with you. Again the nurse was great, really appreciated it.
Thank you, Linda

For now, consistent delivery of service; however there seems to be no back up available for vacation, sickness and facsimile.
