Nice lady at reception arranged convenient appointment times for me, and the manager/staff were prompt and polite and took great care of my Audi vehicles.
I took my car in on 12/22/2025, got an estimate and told that they would file a claim with Car Shield. I have called several times and was told that he was waiting on Car Shield to let him know if they would cover the repairs. I called Car Shield today and there has been no claim filed. I have been without a reliable vehicle since 12/22, have been lied to several times by Frank at your facility on Government street in Mobile, Al. All Frank said is that he is overwhelmed. That’s just not good enough for me and I would like to talk to an authoritative person a.s.a.p. !!!!!

Hello, I like the fact that when I called precision tune Mr. Mike answered the phone he was very polite.and Respectful. He made me feel calm in a situation that was kind of emotional and frightening for me ,not knowing what was going on with my car. He let me nknow step-by-step about my car he called when he said he was gonna call and did exactly what he said he was gonna do and it made me trust him II really appreciated the service. The car works fine. They did an awesome job. I would recommend precision to do anyone that need at work on their cars or just maintenance. Thank you. 😊
