TWO local dealerships dragged their feet on the repairs that Precision on 49 in Gulfport handled quickly. The suspension on my Mustang convertible was never this smooth and quiet before, and now tracks perfectly.
I have a warranty through CarMax and selected these guys to take a look at some issues. When I arrived, they were very patient with my explanation of what was wrong and what I needed help with. They were very upfront and honest about the process and explained things in terms I could understand. They confidently addressed all the issues and fixing all that were covered under warranty. I tend to be impatient, but even with me calling each day to check the status of if my warranty had approved the claim, they heard me out. All of this around the holiday. I really appreciate how they took their time in making sure all things were done right.
