Right when you walk in, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The space has everything you could need — even complimentary water with multiple flavor options. The suites are super spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing vibe right away. The sauna is clean and works perfectly, and the cold plunge has crystal-clear water that truly shocks you awake in the best way. The Vitamin C shower is such a thoughtful and refreshing addition. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish!
Staff and amenities
The contrast therapy was life changing. My skin feels incredible from vitamin C, and my whole body feels like I just got a massage.
The person that checked us in was very helpful in explaining the process. The facility was accommodating and clean! We also signed up for a membership and were pleased with the guidance we received about the memberships.
I really enjoyed my experience. The things that I enjoy, the most were the cold plunge, and the Jacuzzi function within the tub. I was very impressed with the shower. My skin felt extremely smooth and soft after using the body wash. My only feedback would be that the sauna was not adequately preheated when I got in so I lost a large amount of time waiting for it to get north of 150°. My understanding is it should’ve been at 150 when I arrived. I was unable to get the temperature higher than 158° during my time in and out of the sauna.

The staff and the entire setup
The experience was amazing! The establishment and amenities were top notch. The staff provided excellent service and were very welcoming and friendly. I cannot express how rejuvenated my husband and I feel! This is definitely a wellness activity that any and everyone should invest in....just try it and thank me later - 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
