The staff at both locations have been absolutely incredible. They are so kind and welcoming, as well as attentive. I could tell the people who show me to my suit are focused on me and making sure I have the best experience possible. The interactions are also light and easy going, which helps keep me relaxed and not so socially anxious.
Additionally, the suites have all been very clean. Someone always seems busy with mopping or sanitizing. The private space is so cozy and I appreciate the flow of the experience. I have a very active mind so the simple task of tracking time and transitions helps keep me grounded and mindful
Of course the actual contrast therapy has also done wonders for my anxiety. What brought me back was the deep calm I felt all day after my first session. This truly feels like an indulgent luxury to me due to just how much I enjoy the process and the benefits. I have also had great results from the vitamin C shower. physical benefits are just the cherry on top to the mental ones
I like the contrast therapies, the only reason it is a 9 is because it because the location is not close to where I live.

The staff was very kind and took the time to explain everything. It was our first session and we didn't feel like it was pushy or sales-pitchy when we were done which we really appreciated. The facility was clean and modern and it was just a great experience overall. My only feedback would be to include the appointment time in the confirmation email as I booked my appointment and then my ADHD brain forgot what time I booked and didn't have it in my email to refer back to. Otherwise, a 10/10 experience!

The staff is great. I really enjoy my sessions there. Lately WiFi has been down or certain amenities unavailable, but I still enjoy the experience.

Everything! The customer service was great, the set up of the room was great, the only issue was the inability to use the speaker but everything else was great!
The front desk associate took the time to explain everything upfront in a way that made this experience very comfortable. Having never done this I appreciate the tour and instruction provided. Front desk reviewed pricing and answered questions at the end of the visit to make sure I understood my options

I had started to fill the survey in before my session when I received it in anticipation of a different experience. I would not give this experience a 10. The sauna had been turned off. I had to wait to get it up to the high temperature and the towel that was set aside for me in the sauna had brown spots on it. I would not choose that suite again because the wide edge of the tub was at the opposite end. I prefer to lay a towel down and swing my legs in to the tub to guide me into a plunge. This was the first suite that I was not able to do that.
It was very clean and well kept. The staff member was very nice.

It was very relaxing, and I appreciated how clean the facility was. I do recommend installing more clothes hooks and places for bags or coats.

Loved the experience & the staff were kind & helpful, especially Kiara at the front desk.
I enjoyed the friendliness of the person who greeted me, showed me the suite and informed me of everything. All 3 elements worked great, however the cold plunge started making a noise which stayed consistent for about 20 minutes of my session which made it difficult to relax.
