Great quality, nice rooms, cold plunge
This was my first time ever experiencing a cold plunge. The staff were welcoming, informative and helpful. The energy and the atmosphere created a beautiful experience for me. It was clean and is clearly well cared for. I will definitely return.

I was pretty ambivalent when my husband asked me to go with him, but I’m SO glad I did! I felt amazing after we went. The facilities are so lovely and the staff are absolutely fantastic. I’ve already recommended it to several of my friends and can’t wait to go back!

Great experience good staff wakes your whole system up up up
Staff was helpful. Water in shower was warm again which I appreciated as last time I was there something was wrong with the water heater which didn’t make for the best experience. However I do wish there were the option for cold plunge baths that are less cold. Water that cold has not been found to be beneficial for women and can contribute to worsening outcomes. I also wish there was an option to dim the overhead lights in the sauna.

It is a nice relaxing experience that helps people to detox and relax. The only thing I was concerned if that we went into the room and someone was just living. How you keep the cold plunge sanitized?
The woman who helped us (I believe her name was Jenny) was so nice and helpful. I truly valued her being there and felt it helped make the experience as good as it was.
