The staff was so great and we came a little early and they accommodated us right away. This is my second time ever going and Mia’s first time however though we don’t, we definitely need to come back how everything is so professional and improving our health and helping to eliminate stress this place is amazing and we will definitely definitely recommend to other people.

I have never done anything like that before and it was a bit intense at first, but I really did end up liking it and I did actually have a great night sleep.
The entire experience has been beneficial. I have enjoyed my sessions and hope to continue to visit Sweathouz in the future.
Everything! Especially pushing myself into the cold bath. I’m not about cold water at all! But this experience and past summer I’ve pushed myself next time I’ll do full body didn’t do over the shoulders.

The experience left me feeling really energized and kind of proud of myself for taking the plunges. The facility was clean. The staff was super friendly and the time went by really quickly.
Love the location and suites, but wish that the cold plunges were set a bit warmer as sub fifty degrees is too cold for me and others I’ve brought to the facility.

The experience was beyond amazing. The personal suites are so relaxing - the whole experience was very therapeutic. My muscles and skin feel fantastic after an hour! I will definitely be back!
