Everything. The man who helped us when we checked in was super nice. The facility had a great vibe. The Contrast therapy was incredible. All of the small touches from the cod wrap, to how the rooms are stocked and the beauty bar are amazing. Loved all of it.

I like the customer service and amenities. The experience was great. I’m not sure if all the rooms are the same size, but when it came to changing I felt like we needed more space. Overall is was good.

The staff was really friendly, pleasant and helpful! I’m terrible with names so I don’t remember who checked us in but they were amazing and I’d go back just for them. The sauna was exactly what I needed and the cold plunge being my first one ever….was amazing and I’m glad it was done with you guys.
Cleanness
The suite was amazing. Sauna was set to 175 as I entered, and got to 171 while I was in the sauna. The cold plunge was great as well.
Overall enjoyed the feeling the sauna and showers provided improving my comfort and relaxation after leaving as opposed to coming in and the packed experience with the health benefits are always a good needed treat
