I liked everything. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I immediately felt like I belonged. I was beyond relaxed and meditative in my suite. It was the most relaxed I have been in so long. Haven’t stopped thinking about it since I left, and will be going back this week!

I really enjoyed the greeting and welcome that explained the recommendations on how to do contrast therapy and experience before going into the suites. Everything was super user-friendly and I felt like I got a lot of recovery out of the experience
