Staff was unbelievable and very informative!!! Niahm in particular! (I believe that’s how you spell her name, she was working the front desk Monday December 15th 8PM at the hingham studio when I arrived) the place is beyond clean and my whole experience was just overall luxurious and unbelievable!! Can’t wait to make this apart of my routine!!
I love this place but for the first time there was a big clump of long hair floating in the tub when I was getting in I was able to remove it but kind of gross

Really loved the experience! I found the staff very friendly and the facility very clean and didn’t feel dirty or unsanitary at all. Hopefully people respect the space and bathing suit recommendation.
It would be nice if there was more of a changing/locker area, so you could use your full 60mins for therapy and then change and get ready to leave vs feeling rushed at the end. This is the only part that feels a bit lost or rushed in the experience.
Would LOVE to see a Boston city location, Fenway or Back Bay would be great.

Facility was great, experience was great, I could have used a little more guidance when I checked in. The text message says be there 20 minutes early etc etc. but the front desk made it feel I was inconveniencing them by being there early.
