I loved the privacy of the sauna experience. The person who showed me around was knowledgeable and gave me tips and tricks on how to maximize my experience. I already told friends and family and plan on going back! I do wish there was a location closer to me (I’m in central mass, so driving to the Boston area, is a little far)

SWTHZ offers a truly luxurious wellness experience with private sauna and cold plunge cabins. The staff provided excellent, attentive service from start to finish, and every cabin was spotless, beautifully designed, and finished with high-end details. I loved the privacy and relaxing atmosphere—it felt like having your own personal spa retreat. A fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back!
