So rejuvenating! Beautiful calm space that really allowed me to relax. Cold plunges can be tough but the feeling afterwards is incredible!!

The personal room was awesome to take things at my own pace. I thought every element was great. The whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for. I appreciated controls over light, music, and heat of sauna. Little details like soap and the option to blow dry my hair and the wet bag for my suit were all awesome.

This was my first time ever trying contrast therapy, also my first time ever trying a sauna or cold plunge. We both walked out feeling noticeably sharper and fully recharged after a long and draining week. It’s a great combo of relaxation and pain relief

The sauna felt great. The cold plunge was more challenging than I expected. My legs hurt when I entered the cold water and I couldn’t stay more than a minute. But I chose to give this a good interpretation. I gave it the meaning that when I can plunge longer and the pain goes away, I will be healthier.
The man who explained and introduced the sauna was helpful, responsive, and encouraging.
