I p\took the literal plunge and purchased the monthly unlimited membership, as it is the most cost effective option.
I appreciate the early morning options. I can charge my batteries (detox) on a cool/cold Autumn/Winter morning first thing and be energized the day ahead.
More hooks in the rooms; perhaps one that would accommodate a hanger for clothing.

It’s relaxing
The welcome from the two at the front desk made us feel at home. First time going and my bride got us the penthouse jawn that could easily fit 6 people but it was just us 2.
All questions were answered and we were both given a very clear and concise blueprint of how things work.

From the moment I stepped inside the door I felt at ease. Jin, who was behind the front desk came around to greet me with a smile, and explained that she'd be walking me through my first visit. She picked up a water for me, told me about the cool cloth I'd be taking in the room with me, and gave me a choice of scents to choose from. I was shown around, then brought to my room where the use of the sauna, shower, and coldplunge was explained in detail, as well as the option to watch tv or listen to music. The experience was wonderful! I cycled through each stage three times - the shortest time spent in the cold plunge, lol. I left feeling very comfortable and relaxed. Jin also told me about the black Friday special that was going on and I purchased it! I look forward to my next visit.

Everything!! It is by far one of the best way to decompress and enjoy the benefits of sauna and cold plunge. The extra touches of the BEVI water and the essential oil cold press towels are fantastic.

we had a great experience! we had never been to the southie location before but will definitely be coming back. it was clean, everyone was super nice, and my friends LOVED the large suite since 2 of them had never been to sweathouz in general. we came pretty late at night and were treated with respect and not like we were annoying, which was amazing and i appreciate. thanks so much; you all were the best!
