How clean and quit it was
The saunas were so relaxing and the vitamin c showers were great. The body wash smelled so good and left my skin feeling amazing.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful to explain how to use the sauna, vitamin c shower, and cold plunge. After my session, they explained the different memberships. They offered me water, and helped me to use the dispenser. It was my first time and I scheduled another visit to experience it again.
I loved it! I want to start doing this weekly or at least a few times a month!

This was a great experience. I can’t wait to do it again. Matt was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The infrared sauna wifely so good, much better than a regular sauna. The plunge tub was just right and the vitamin C shower was the topping on the cake. Overall it was an amazing experience

The frequent cancellations are really annoying. I do like the place a lot, staff is nice as well.
Room was clean and easy to use. Good products and the towels are super soft. The face towels are a nice touch.
The staff were very warm and friendly when I walked in; the facility was very clean and well-maintained; the suite was available when I arrived and was very clean and well stocked with towels and essentials; the beauty bar was also very well maintained and clean. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We use the penthouse suite in south Boston so loved that there were 2 cold plunges. My only criticism is that it feels rushed - I’ve been twice now and wish we had an hour and 15 mins to allow for a full hour plus time to shower and change
