The staff explained the options for timing thr sauna and plunge well, the room was very clean and I was able to transition from sauna to plunge 3x. It felt great.

I loved everything. Lolly was amazing and walked me through everything before my session started. She was so kind and thoughtful the entire time, I really appreciated her. It contributed greatly to the positive experience I had.

Great location, friendly staff clean the usual extraordinary experience. The only thing is this location only gave you two towels. The usual is I believe three was a minor difference that I noticed.

Its a lovely oasis to retreat to for an hour to refresh and regenerate. Great facilities and welcoming staff.

Everything. It was very relaxing and having struggled with inflammation after a biking accident I saw immediate results after the first sauna even before the cool plunge. I will definitely sign up for more.
