Very relaxing , clean and safe environment..
I love the place and the whole vibe of it! The surroundings are really nice. The water machine could work a little better, but overall it wasn’t a big deal. My only suggestion would be letting customers know how to use the Bluetooth in the sauna—I had it my first time and loved it, but haven’t used it since (my fault for forgetting to ask!).
Overall, such a great experience! The workers are sooo kind and friendly. I rave about this place to everyone!

It was an amazing experience for me and my girlfriend the sauna was great. It was our first time doing a cold plunge and it won’t be our last. The shower leaves your body and skin feeling nice. I do a lot of cold showers at home but the cold plunge experience was amazing. I suggest everyone tries it at least once and I guarantee you will return.
Unique self-care in a luxury private setting. To use a sauna and cold plunge —which are not staples of homes today— is very much necessary to take care of what you cannot see *but can feel* as an adult in today’s day and age. I was “floating” as I left my first session and am coming back again this weekend.

It was hot and then cold.
What a great experience! I’ve been looking for contrast Therapy since I moved to the MA South Shore. The studio in Hingham was wonderful. From the warm greeting from staff as I walked in, to my contrast suite. The suite was immaculate and the experience was 5 Star. If you are new to contrast or a veteran you will not be disappointed!!

I had an absolutely incredible first experience at SweatHouz Hingham today during my 3:15 PM appointment! The team member who checked me in and guided me was fantastic. Since it was my first time, she took the extra time to give me a thorough, welcoming tour of the facility and explained all the suite controls perfectly. She even provided a cold compress that was a total lifesaver during my 40 minute sauna session. Excellent, attentive customer service. Please check the schedule for my 3:15 PM slot today, July 19th, so she can get the major recognition she deserves!
