Client Testimonials
It was such a cool experience! I’ve never had the opportunity to do both a sauna & a polar plunge before. I loved the ammentied they had to offer including the eucalyptus towel and the tv, with the water and all!! Definitely bringing more people to do this.
Excellent service
I loved EVERYTHING! From the friendly front desk staff, to the fancy/flavored drinking water, to the dyson air wrap bar in the end. Every detail was thoughtful and appreciated. Will definitely be returning!
Love this place. Clean, fun and sweet staff members.
The check in was very easy and the staff was very nice and friendly. The sauna room was also very clean and comfortable. The only one thing was getting in and out of the cold plunge tub was extremely dangerous. There were numerous times that me and my guest tripped and almost fell and hit our head getting out of the tub.
What I liked about the experience is that the benefits of having a cold plunge , sauna and shower all in one room is very convenient and comfortable .
Very relaxing environment. Staff was amazing!
Simple -clean organized
I loved the private room, the place was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly! Would love to come back and definitely recommend it
Friendly staff and very welcoming. Comfortable suite with all the amenities. Relaxing, enjoyable experience.
Greeted warmly by staff. Was promptly and quickly put in a room for sauna/plunge. Treated very nicely as I exited.
Had such a great experience!! Will absolutely be back, everything was spotless, staff were kind and helpful, and I left feeling refreshed. My only point of critique would be that the Dyson dryers in the getting ready area could use some TLC! Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend.
The staff was super friendly and helpful and the experience was great!

I enjoyed the experience overall and that the staff provided me a guide to follow to fully enjoy the experience. I have expectations now of what to expect and set expectations for myself to accomplish next session and I’m excited to see how I respond next booking to build the tolerance.

I love the private room with shower and TV.
I always feel totally refreshed after I’ve been at Sweathouz. It is a great place to go to recharge and take care of myself.
I also love to take friends or my teenage kids.

I hope more open up in my area as I like to go to the Sweathouz over the city
