Every time I have an appointment, my room is ready - no waiting. There are updates to the hand towel scents. It never feels croweded which helps me feel like this is a sacred space. Never have issues with cleanliness. The vibe with the lighting is moody and tranquil and I like that for me.

I have never cold plunged & this is the best place to do A Cold Plung I was in the cold plung for 10 mins and helped with the Muscle Spasms, Fibromyalgia, & Chronic Pain as well as the sauna is the best with the best technology I have used.

The place was very clean and well-run, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The sauna and cold plunge were both excellent, and the enthusiasm from the team was remarkable, their positive energy really elevated the whole experience. I left feeling refreshed and well cared for. Highly recommend!
