We always feel as if it’s a personalized experience… amazing how than can be? We used one of the big rooms this time, enjoyed the larger shower. We are hooked! The fresh flavored water was a great help, as I had forgotten my water. Matt at the desk was very accommodating , always nice to see a friendly face.

I was shocked at how effective the treatment was. It’s been years since I’ve done a cold plunge, and I could feel my heart rate dropping. Overall, I liked having my own dedicated private space, and the clock was helpful.

Everything was great at Burlington aside from opening late the day of my appt and di not receive supposed text informing me if it. Never received test text either. If you are going to cancel you should call and make sure customer knows, so they don't waste time and gas. nOT how I like starting my day.

I enjoyed the freedom of having all three elements at your disposal for the entire hour, where some places the hour is broken up for you. I also appreciated the flexibility of allowing me to have some extra time and experience the whole hour since I was a little late after having some trouble finding the location.
