Great way to relax. The only updates I would recommend is in suite 2 that I had two sessions ago. Adding a mirror and fixing the shower. Having the handheld piece in the way of the rain shower took away from
The experience a bit. One side of the shower was also not working. Also, the lock on the door wouldn’t close

I love every trip to the spa. The contrast therapy is very helpful. The facility is always clean and everybody there is very very friendly.
Sweathouse Aventura has become my go-to. Kas and Seb really make the place—great people, great energy. The atmosphere is dialed in, and you walk out of every session feeling like you actually did something for yourself. It’s part of my daily routine now, and I genuinely love the Aventura location

The young women working there were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the whole experience. It’s a little far from my house so probably wouldn’t join for that reason but would definitely return for a one-off when possible

The facility was very nice, exactly as the advertising promises. Price was right, very enjoyable experience overall. I would say, as a lifelong hospitality professional, it would be great to have a place to sit between sauna/ shower/ cold plunge. And the intake was slightly awkward. But overall a great time and good value.

Everything ,.which includes the polite front desk and the amazing room that I stayed in. The sauna was relaxing and felt good. Loved the shower too and appreciated the towels and the necessities available. Although I did not use the cold plunge, it was beautiful. Very relaxing experience.
