Staff was friendly. Place was clean. I love that it was open late on a sunday night of a holiday weekend as someone who just moved to the city solo
The front desk lady was very nice and explained how to use everything. She also gave us a tour of the facilities. The whole experience was great!

I really enjoyed the ambiance. The staff was very nice, the sauna and cold plunge were very relaxing. The only issue I had was one of the two showers in my suite were broken, however one worked so it was all good.

Staff was very friendly. The suites were clean and functioned well. One thing to look into was that my phone would loose it’s Bluetooth connection to the sauna.

The privacy, the saunas get very hot, the cold plunge is very cold. Maybe add some way to drain water in the rooms? The floor got pretty wet even though we tried to avoid it. Awesome experience other than that!

The penthouse suite is the best. Love that everything is clean and ready on time and the timer is set for a couple extra minutes to allow people to get ready. It would be nice if 1.5 or even 2 hour slots were possible to really maximize the space. The other thing is that the floors get extremely slipper and can be really dangerous so some mats may be wise. Saunas sometimes don’t get hot to the 175 despite setting it and cool off quickly but the tubs are always frigid which is amazing. Otherwise awesome experience.
The staff is very friendly and the place is always spotless. Facilities are great.
