enjoyed the staff and the sauna. cold plunge wasn’t for me but will return for the sauna experience! Jason was kind and helpful

Everything. The man who helped us when we checked in was super nice. The facility had a great vibe. The Contrast therapy was incredible. All of the small touches from the cod wrap, to how the rooms are stocked and the beauty bar are amazing. Loved all of it.

I like the customer service and amenities. The experience was great. I’m not sure if all the rooms are the same size, but when it came to changing I felt like we needed more space. Overall is was good.
