The experience itself was great - the front desk receptionist in a white Alo hat had poor attitude towards others and her co- workers. Was off putting for such a nice establishment.

We love it.

Thanks are falling apart a bit - door handles, hooks - but it’s been great.

Our suggestion is that you hire someone with a screwdriver to take care of the very basics.

Very clean, private and enjoyable experience! Informative and helpful staff. Sauna and cold plunge were very well equipped. Everything is provided to you from water to showers and towels. Would absolutely return!

What did you like about your experience?

I love the sweat houz the only thing about the Burlington location is that there is no way to hang your belongings no hooks in the room and it is kind of snug with having the shower cold plunge and sauna all in the same area. I wish there was a little bit more room to hang your belongings, especially in winter.
