As a first time visitor, I was impressed with the facilities of sauna, plunge tub and shower. The quality of the shampoo, conditioner and body gel were also great as was the beauty bar (dryer, etc). I felt pampered!

The privacy is great, the amenities are all things that are actually super helpful, the staff are friendly, the vibe is relaxing, and the actual sauna/cold plunge/vitamin c shower is so healing and refreshing - we felt super fresh afterwards and many aches and pains were alleviated!
I enjoyed every aspect of it - the contrast therapy, the design of the room, that you can listen to music in the room
staff was great and friendly, explained and showed everything, room was clean and pleasant, had all the stuff needed, shampoos , towels etc etc. and at the end was able to blow dry my hair, and go home relaxed clean, nice dry and warm!

I loved everything about it. My body feels great after the sauna and cold plunge. I do wish there were clothing hangers though. There are hooks that can be glued on to a wall or door and they would be perfect. Other than that 10/10 experience, I will be returning
Everything! It was a fun experience! One suggestion would be to add a few more hooks in the room and up a little higher. Everything was great, Matt was wonderful, the room was very clean. We all felt amazing after.

This place is terrific. My wife and I have been gone for a while now. It is tough to beat that feeling after a good plunge and a good sauna. Highly recommend if you're looking to de - stress
