I liked being able to go between the sauna the shower and the cold plunge. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially since it was my boyfriend and I first visit. I also like that the rooms had supplies for when you were done like combs and deodorant spray. The beauty room was also very helpful for being able to dry my hair after. It was a great experience.
Loved everything about our experience. Especially the cleanliness and the flavored water. We are patiently waiting for the Portsmouth location to open!

Everyone was so friendly and informative! The studio was clean and all the extra touches really made the experience. I loved the cold towels and the drink selections. The hair ties and makeup removers available were also so thoughtful. The sauna and cold plunge were relaxing and invigorating. We will definitely be back.

Great experience overall! The staff was very pleasant and the space was clean and organized. Loved the experience of the sauna and cold plunge! Minor comments - there were no cups for water so it was tough not to be able to drink water. Additionally, would be nice to have lotion as one of the available products. Overall, great experience
We booked at the Denver location thinking “South Broadway” was Broadway in Southie, which it sounds like happens a lot, and the woman at the front desk was able to identify a cancellation and got us in which was greatly appreciated.

The woman who greeted us at the door was incredibly knowledgeable and so very kind. She walked us through each step and instruction for my fiancé and I’s first SWTHZ experience. From the beverage system, to the ambient lighting, to the Vitamin C shower- we are greatly looking forward to our return!

It was a very good experience, I enjoyed it, pretty cool. But I think you should be improve on the timing, for example you should be given an extra 30 minutes, that way customers can have a full hour to enjoy. 15 minutes before and after that will cover undress shower and dress back up.
