The staff was really friendly, pleasant and helpful! I’m terrible with names so I don’t remember who checked us in but they were amazing and I’d go back just for them. The sauna was exactly what I needed and the cold plunge being my first one ever….was amazing and I’m glad it was done with you guys.
Cleanness
The suite was amazing. Sauna was set to 175 as I entered, and got to 171 while I was in the sauna. The cold plunge was great as well.
Overall enjoyed the feeling the sauna and showers provided improving my comfort and relaxation after leaving as opposed to coming in and the packed experience with the health benefits are always a good needed treat

Josh was there during my first visit to SweatHouz and he had the perfect balance of being informative and knowledgeable, without it feeling like a sales push. He is exactly the type of representation you would want at this business. I've had a phenomenal experience each visit; the check-in process has been efficient, the staff lovely and the facility exceptionally clean. I interacted with Morgan last evening and found her interaction to be quite similar to my experiences with Josh. I haven't interacted as much with her, but she was attentive, thorough and just truly pleasant to work with. It's obvious the Southie SweatHouz has an excellent team in place.

The person with whom I worked, Gabe, was very helpful in clarifying an issue with my registration- I had registered over the phone a few days before- and with the whole process and tour of the facility. Gabe also reviewed options for further scheduling so that I could benefit the most from a particular program. Her approach was respectful and thorough. I signed up for the promo and am also signing up my son for the promo deal.
The staff was very knowledgeable about the services and the benefits that it reproduces per the staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean and amenities were a good quality.

Great product and clean
Everything was very clean and the whole experience was just awesome. I had never tried an ice bath and thought I would hate it, but I loved it!! I wanted to stay longer than an hour. The whole experience was very relaxing and my mood was great afterwards and I had a lot of energy
