Omg, first of all, the customer service was amazing from beginning to end. Nora was very friendly and so kind. She was able to tell me about her experience and gave me some recommendations when it came to cold plunging which i took to consideration. Ive never done cold plunging and hate the cold temps But I decided to go above and beyond and do 1 straight min so I'm proud of myself. Thank you Nora for the motivation. The infrared sauna was unbelievably out of this world intense but i went 40 mins straight with only a min break in between. The shower was refreshing after the sauna. 10/10 experience for me so I will be coming back asap. Next time with a guest. Thank you guys.

Unique experience! Super clean, modern and cozy rooms. Excellent amenities and thoughtfully set up. It’s really incredible how amazing I feel afterwards. I even wake up the next day still floating.
Would you please get a referral system going? I’ve brought it up to employees there.
I’m a LMT and for example every 5 new clients a current client sends me they get a free massage.

I loved the space provided. The experience was a new one to me but something my body definitely needed. Jaime was very helpful and explained the process step by step and she seemed happy to be doing so. I thought an hour would be too long but I don’t think it was enough time. Great experience and I will definitely be back.

I can’t say enough good things about Sweat Houz South Boston! The contrast therapy experience is next level - nothing beats the combo of the infrared sauna and cold plunge. The space is spotless, modern, and super relaxing. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and everything is thoughtfully designed for the ultimate recovery session. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge, recover, and feel amazing!
