Everything, the girl working at the front desk was so hospitable and proactive with communicating there was an issue with our suite. She handled it quickly and we were happy to know we were entering a clean suite station. All in all it was an awesome experience and we will be back.
Staff were great. They explained everything and were friendly. I loved how prestine the facility was. Not only was the cold plunge and sauna great, but the space after to fix your hair was an added bonus.
