I have been a member since it opened. It was obviously clean then. And yet, after more than a year in business it is still very clean. This is unusual for a sauna business. This can be attributed to the amazing staff. I cant say all SweatHouz have a fantastic group of employees but the Burlington location certainly does. Jaime is fantastic and her customer service is second to none. Same goes for Raven and the rest of the staff. They deserve raises : ). Above and beyond that the suite approach to the cold plunge and sauna is such a great idea. I will continue to be a member as long as they are around.

This was our first visit and the staff was friendly and great with educating us on how the suite worked. They answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. They were warm and kind to other guests as well. It was very nice to see kindness and respect at an establishment. It’s rear you find genuinely great staff going above and beyond. Excellent experience.

AMAZING. ONLY SUGGESTION IS MAYBE SOME TEEK ELEVARED MATS ON THE FLOOR SO THEY WOULDNT BE SO WET AND SLICK.
