Great product and clean
Everything was very clean and the whole experience was just awesome. I had never tried an ice bath and thought I would hate it, but I loved it!! I wanted to stay longer than an hour. The whole experience was very relaxing and my mood was great afterwards and I had a lot of energy

Clean facilities. Welcoming staff. Would recommend a water refill station, also the sauna even when turned to higher temp did not reach 10 degrees higher until end of hour. Overall pleasant experience

So rejuvenating! Beautiful calm space that really allowed me to relax. Cold plunges can be tough but the feeling afterwards is incredible!!
Also, the staff and facilities are impeccable. Jamie and her staff were inviting and kind, and everything was extremely clean. 10/10 would recommend!

The personal room was awesome to take things at my own pace. I thought every element was great. The whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for. I appreciated controls over light, music, and heat of sauna. Little details like soap and the option to blow dry my hair and the wet bag for my suit were all awesome.
