Very courteous and prompt service from the manager during onboarding process. Owner had a conversation with me at my dog's evaluation appointment; this gave me confidence in the facility. Easy to use interface for online scheduling. Webcams available much of the time so I can check in on my dog when she is there. All staff are very welcoming and efficient.

Very friendly, clean and professionally managed facility. You don’t even smell dogs when you walk in.
The grooming is also is also exceptionally done. It amazed me how clean our 140 lb. Anatolian Shepherd was and the amount of loose hair they got off of him.

The front desk girls are always so pleasant and welcoming when I come in. They always know Ollie by name and are very quick to get me in and out. Ollie comes home exhausted at the end of the day, which is exactly what I need for such a high-energy dog!

I love how much Dogtopia prioritizes a dog’s mental well-being! The training program, in particular, has been a complete game-changer. Nya is so much happier thanks to our work with Laura. She went from struggling with dog-on-dog interactions to thriving in daycare! The team treats her like family, and she gets so excited to see all of her favorite 'aunties and uncles' every time we walk through the door. We are so grateful for everything Dogtopia does for her! 🙂

Friendly service. My dogs loves it there
It would be greatly appreciated to have a quick rundown of how my dogs overnight visit went. I noticed after we left that only one serving of his food was used. I did agree to allow him to be fed with your alternative meals, but my dog is picky. It was shocking to see only one meal used out of 3 days with your company. He was also extremely thirsty and hungry when we got home. I quick debrief would have been great.
