Everyone I’d very nice. They are reliable
I know that my dog is always safe, well cared for, and happy. Your staff loves dogs and is responsive and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and spacious. The cameras are great. The app is convenient.
Very friendly, communicative, and Max loves them. Love getting picture updates during the day and he was so soft and clean after his bath.
My dog loves Dogtopia. She has a fun time and loves being with the other small dogs. She comes home tired and happy.
Dogtopia is very flexible and accommodating. The team loves dogs and are watchful in the rooms. They are assigned a room by temperament and size. I can check on my dog during the day, except rest time. I highly recommend Dogtopia 🐾💙❤️

I brought my poodle in for a bath and after paying $80 and bringing my poodle home I could tell she was in fact both bathed. Maybe she was given a very poor body bath but her face still reeked of the awful vomit smell I was hoping to address. When my wife returned home from work she could instantly still smell our dog confirming what I already knew. I was highly upset. I would have been better off simply not wasting my time driven to your business and just simply setting 80 one dollar bills on fire and enjoy watching it burn. 100% will never recommend your business and will make sure I never miss an opportunity to tell my friends and family about my experience. Just an FYI… I had to take my poodle to McKinney pet bar to wash her myself. My wife immediately could tell a difference. Maybe you guys could simply add a menu option that says “$80 for nothing” and just offer to help people get rid of the “extra” cash they would just want to burn instead.

Customer service
I like that the dogs are free most of the day and only in crates overnight. Since my dog was a jumper (over walls) when we rescued her, I like that she’s always inside with no chance to escape!
I can get in anytime on short notice and my dog comes home so tired.
I love all the cute activities and special treats that are available when we board Ziggy. It is clear to me that that staff really love dogs and they are so friendly. I also love that they send photos and updates and give us a report card!

Friendly service who remember my pup and me. Consistent quality of service. They treat the pups well and have very reasonable prices.
Facility is well located and maintained
Dogs were picked up an hour later so they could be dried. They were wet and hadn’t been brushed.
Jordan and Jess do such a fabulous job leading the team and taking care of the pups. It's nice for the pups to socialize and have a place to play in all weather conditions. Hours are great also. We've been going for years.
Staff was very nice and facility was clean but it just wasn’t the right fit for us. Not enough (or any) outside time and too many dog in one space.
My dogs have a great time and come home tired.
Clean facility, kind staff who seem to enjoy their jobs, and even the other pet parents dropping their dogs off are pleasant.
