This facility is the best. They have the best staff you could ever want for your dogs. Well recommended
Everyone at Dogtopia greets our dog Reggie with love and smiles each time we come in. He absolutely loves coming here. They provide updates at pick up and lets me know what he’s done all day and which dogs he’s played with. You can tell they love what they do!
Friendly, caring, and very attentive
Staff is very nice, at Clark's first visit a pup nipped his nose. When i got there to pick him up they were super sweet, Brie even texted me that evening to make sure he was ok. So far experience has been great and clark gets excited to go!
My dog was sent home smelling of urine, even after they told me they “gave her a bath for free”. There was feces on her bottom and urine all over her. Anytime I watched video (which we had to call/text to have the turn on, my dog was being chased and bothered by another dog, the same dog which was much larger than her, every time with personnel just standing around with a mop. I watched my dog turn around and bark and snap at that dog several times, which isn’t something she ever does with any dog unless consistently bothered.
My dog, Knox, absolutely loves coming! The staff are incredible and love him like he is their own dog.
The daycare is clean. The staff is phenomenal. They’re so patient with my dog when he is feeling shy and nervous
I would never take my dog anywhere else. He LOVES Dogtopia/ Parkside. The personnel there are fantastic. If peace of mind is what you are looking for when you drop your pet off, Dogtopia is the place to be. My Max is jumping out of the car wide open running in to see his friends. I highly recommend.
Excellent care for my dog. Very clean and cameras to make sure my dog is okay.
Dogtopia is a wonderful spot for Camp to spend some nights and weekends with his buddies. The staff is always polite, friendly and eager to care for our pet. The spa services are a big help to those who can be challenged in giving a good bath or trimming nails. Now that we have experienced Dogtopia we will not be moving to other care facilities anytime soon.

Seem to be and hope they are good with my sweet and excitable boy. Did not appear his nails were clipped adequately but know too much at a time is not a good thing. Have taken him to Dogtopia before and will again.

The staff always greet Cricket by name and with excitement. He loves going to daycare.
They also do fun activities for the dogs.

My daughter had used Dogtopia in the past with only good things to say. So when we needed to board our 4 month old pup for a day they were where we went. We had to bring him in for a temperment test and then he spent the day in doggie day care to make sure he was ok with the other dogs.Since he is a large puppy(50lbs at 4 months) he was in with the large dogs which made us nervous.Being able to check on him via the web cam was a plus.So all went well on his first day so we dropped him off for his first overnight on Saturday and picked him up Sunday morning. All went well and the employees were all great. So needless to say we will be using them again this coming Thanksgiving to board him since we can't take him to the home we will be going to and he is too young to leave home unattended for a long preriod of time.
So a big thuimbs up to Dogtopia of Bethpage!!

Every time we bring our pup to Dogtopia she pulls on the leash to get inside because she's so excited! It's the best reassurance that she loves being there.
Our dog loves to go there! The staff are very friendly. It’s so nice to have the option to board or get services or daycare… and we love having the snack days!
1. Felt a little pressured to sign up for a plan. Right now, I work for the Federal Gov and there is a shutdown that may effect me.
2. The service that set up the meet and greet is still sending me emails and texts asking if I wanted to reschedule because they dont know I already had the meet and greet.
3. Calling to schedule your pup to get in is a hassle. Called about 8 times, always got an answering machine saying they will call back. I am calling the wilmington-de number. When the service calls back, they say its to schedule at Elsmere.
They really love dogs and take great care of their furry visitors while in their care. We board our dog regularly there and have no worries while we are away.
