I had a wonderful experience with Island Life bikes. I needed a small "repair" on my handbrake. They were very knowledgeable and took care of the problem within one day. Very reasonably priced.
Thom was incredibly helpful and friendly. On the first visit I felt like I had been a valued customer for years.
Your mechanic, who also served as our sales rep, was very informative and helpful. He checked the inventory and let us know what was in stock and that the bike frame would most likely fit due to my height.
When we realized we left without the charger, the other sales rep was quick to respond and sent to me the charger to us via USPS.

Great service. Quick. Reasonably priced
I took two bikes to be repaired this week. One was my triathlon bike that was having a shifting problem. They were able to fix it while I waited. The second was my mountain bike that needed new tires and tubes. They called me when it was ready and gave me a complete breakdown of the costs. They also told me of a potential issue with the front brake that I was unaware of.
