Great service and great price for a nice bike. I was looking at a different bike but did not like it. I happen to see the red FX+2 sitting outside the door. It was just what I had in mind. I already own a Domane+ road bike but I needed a bike for riding around town. The sales man was great. He went out of his way to make me happy with my new bike plus various extras. I’m not good remembering names but he was a young guy and he was so helpful. I live across the street from the island Life St. Augustine store so great service is a stone’s throw away. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
Steven, Chris, Jacob, & all their staff goes above & beyond to make sure you know all the information about their bikes/trikes, & are very satisfied with your purchase. They are customer service focused to ascertain what matches best for the client’s preferences, interests, goals, & abilities. My trike came in within a week, & Steven installed a couple of accessories & made personal trike adjustments to make it ready to bike after he delivered it to my house. They have trained personnel for repairs & maintenance. I highly recommend Island Life-10++. LA

Great fast service
Staff was amazing! They did everything to fix my Rad Runner 2. They dealt with the manufacturer for me and tried their best to complete the repairs in a timely fashion. They always were sure to call and give me updates on how the progress was going. They were knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back in the future should an issue arise and I highly recommend!
