Chris (head mechanic) was great to work with and is full of knowledge about everything bike related. I am impressed with the quality shop environment they have set up there. I had not been able to ride my much loved 2018 Trek Versa 2 for nearly 2 years due to ankle issues which made getting on and off my bike inadvisable. I was thrilled to discover the Versa 2 step thru bike. With the help of Chris I learned how to get going and stop without jarring my feet. (not hard). The new Trek rides great, and I am back in the saddle. The folks at Island life have always been professional and patient.
