This shop is amazing. I dropped my E bike off with what I feared would be a very expensive repair. I assumed they would have to order parts and it would take some time to get back. The day I dropped it off they took in 10 other bikes. But to my surprise they had the bike repairs completed within days and it cost less than I ever could have imagined. I thought the art of. customer service was lost art, but not with this group. Its all about customer service. They gave me a number that I could text and they would text me with the quote. These guys take customer service to a whole new level. I can only imagine how they treat customers that actually buy their bikes from their shop

Thom was amazing! I have been cycling for a while but never had a flat. Well, that changed last week. Not only is Thom excellent with bike mechanics but he is approachable and kind. He set me up with the right tires, explained how the mechanics work, and also taught me how to change my own tire! He taught me how to do it!! He is incredible. I left feeling empowered and safer on the road. Thanks Thom and Island Life Bikes. You guys are the best!
