Personality and ease of asking questions and getting real answers. Not being pushy and trying to just sell you something. But at the same time willing to help make sure you have the best fit for you and maintenance is pretty easy. Done within the same day or within a couple days.
I loved your repair service, I had no idea how much the components on my bike have worn since I got it in 1995. Most of the parts were original, Chris did a fantastic job walking me through the parts that needed to be replaced and why. It rides like a brand new bicycle, I’ve taken this bike across the country twice, plus rode hard on NYC streets for years with mostly the original parts. I’m looking forward to keeping this bike going for another 30 years or more and I’ll be bringing it to you for tune ups more frequently. Thank you for the outstanding service! I am a long time cyclist who has raced road and mountain bikes. I brought in my Trek Madone that I was having a problem with the internal parts of the electric shifting. Chris (head mechanic) was great to work with and is full of knowledge about everything bike related. I am impressed with the quality shop environment they have set up there.
