I previously owned a Pedego and enjoyed it so much I put 6,000 miles on it. After selling it, I decided to buy a new one as I moved to the villages where the streets are wide - so it was the perfect bike for me. These bikes are great and the sales people are top notch!

They put the C S in Customer Service. From pick up to repair and delivery they had my E Bike back up and running delivered in 6 hours. The bill was WAY lower than anticipated. Thanks for the GREAT 1st time experience..

Great selection and wonderful customer service.
They fix my bike for a good price and even repaired the wires that upheld the splash guard which had been broken they replacing with brand new heavy duty ones for free and didn't even mention it and their actions were good and they know their stuff I would definitely recommend Island life bicycles to friends and family in fact I do I told everyone I see pretty much how much how pleased I am the glory to God

Glenn assisted us in getting the best possible price with online discounts and shipping comparisons. Dave notified us when our bikes were built and ready for pickup. From the moment we walked into the shop we had a top tier customer service experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Annette and Chris answered so many questions for us, my daughter was so amped and excited to save up for a floor model she got to test drive in the parking lot. We made a plan and decided we would come back. My daughter has been doing so well in school and a delight at home that I decided to pop back solo to check out some in store financing options. Steven the store manager was working that day and fixed me through the application process, I was instantly approved and was able to get the bike that day!!! Steven even delivered it and I got to surprise my daughter for all of her hard work! I would recommend Island life 20/10!
