I am a Downeast customer of 20 years. Small break when I got annoyed with their pricing at the very beginning of the pandemic. So I tried someone else. And found out just how good DownEast is. Most important I found out how comfortable I have been/am with Downeast. I was welcomed back "home" last year. So relieved to get back on the Downeast service plan. They scheduled burner service with a few weeks where the other company was unable to do the service included with their plan for 6 months into the future.
I have been in touch with their office a couple of times in the past weeks to set up my fixed price plan for the coming season. Always available. Always engaged. Always professional.
I will be a Downeast customer (propane for my generator and oil for my heat) until I start pushing up the grass from the wrong side!

For the many decades the I have been your customer, I could always depend on prompt delivery of fuel oil. I like the idea of using your web page to order deliveries, but your web page isn't working as well as I would like. Fortunately, when it fails me there is still people I can call
