Chris came and serviced my furnace last week and did a very good job. It took him several hours to find the right part but he did and got the job done. Good job Chris. I also recently have gotten a device so I can breathe at night, which requires electricity. I called Down East for a propane fill the day before a big storm and they showed up that same day to fill my tanks.

We have the prepaid automatic delivery and we love it. When the cold weather hits we just don't have to worry about it.
Your service has always been very good and I would recommend to others. However, I was a bit concerned when we received a delivery at nearly midnight on 12/13/203. I understand that your drivers are busy, but a warning that this might happen would be appreciated.
I never have to worry about running out of oil as I am on auto refills and my propane level is transmitted automatically. I have been with this company approximately 18 years.
We've been with DownEast for many years now for oil, service contracts, etc. These are necessary. We also have a oil hot water heater which does a great job. The products are great. Service is good. My only comment would be that I always have to call for the next oil delivery. I understand you use a computer or algorhythm process to determine future deliveries. It probably works well mostly. But, for us we have aged a lot since you first set us up. We are home more now as we are retired. We tend to run the furnace more than we used to. Otherwise, we think you do a great job. Thanks for being a good company for your customers.
During the power outage I needed a refill and they arrived the day after I contacted them. The delivery person said “ just in time” . I was so grateful & relieved . Fantastic service!
