I have used you since 2012 or so. You have always been helpful in responding, especially regarding my furnace issues.
I was NOT happy with the subcontractor who did my annual furnace and water heater checks in October but you graciously responded to my concerns and sent one of your long term guys over to do a proper inspection (and since he found things that had been missed I am so glad you sent him).
Consistency, reliability - automatic delivery of oil & propane, immediate response for service calls, budget plans for budgeting purposes, friendly, professional staff from front office to delivery to service personnel.
During the power outage I needed a refill and they arrived the day after I contacted them. The delivery person said “ just in time” . I was so grateful & relieved . Fantastic service!
