I like the tech went over my tank with me, showing me how to turn it off, what it smells like, that the gauge is for percent, and I like how they went over my rinnai as well.
Then I liked how for my first fill, it was 3.29 and then when I got my first fill and they wrote 3.99 on the receipt, so I called stated what I was quoted and the lady adjusted to the price that was originally promised. So far so good!

Deliveries are handled perfectly. The price is high for seniors who are required to cut expenses. That would be a deal changer if another co. has better pricing.
