I like the budget plan so I always know what to budget. And we appreciate your friendly staff, from office to delivery folks to furnace maintenance. I don't like that several years ago, we were sold a larger-than-needed propane heater for our shop, nor the placement of the propane tank for same.

I am a retired electric utility executive so I know quite a bit about how utilities operate. I have to compliment CMP on it outage management system. Up in Rome, we have been fortunate in terms of service reliability overall. The outages that have occurred have been few and understandable with the vagaries of Maine weather. But, what I am particularly pleased about is the amount of information that you automatically provide during the restoration effort and afterwards. It lets the customer know that you are addressing the situation and more importantly, that you are aware that he or she, in particular, is out of service and approximately when it might be restored. Keep up the good work!
