Everything- from my first call - everyone I spoke with was helpful, patient and kind. I felt I was kept up to date and everything went so smoothly and quickly. I’d drive to Langley in a heartbeat If I needed any work done again!
Friendly service, prompt booking for initial inspection, quick turnaround on parts delivery and the job was completed earlier than planned. The updated texting service was great and let us know what was going on and gave us reminders about our appointments. They also had a great courtesy car for us while we were having the vehicle fixed. Vehicle came back in great shape including an interior vacuum and the exterior was washed. Very seamless service and prompt. Will definitely be back if repairs are needed again and will recommend to anyone looking for service.

Repair on 10 year old malibu from damage caused by collision was meticulous, and they even detailed my car inside and out! Car looks brand new! I'm so happy with the repair that I've requested a qoute on some unrelated minor wear & tear damage on the other side, that I otherwise wouldn't have bothered with.
They provided a great customer service, explained to me what the process looked like and answered all my questions.
